I was distributing free medicines to the patients. There was so much crowd and eagerness that it was quite difficult to get a proper Doctor or medicines. Our camp is like an Oasis in the desert for them.Seeing the situation I am convinced that we should serve them every year in better way.

I have been personally associated with this project since last three years. I look for the medical work of the wards before and after the cataract operations till the patient is discharged.I have got deep conviction that this is one of the best services to humanity as it is done for genuinely poor villagers who have lost their vision due to cataract - a treatable cause - but due to lack of financial support, are unable to undergo required surgery.
One and all associated in this camp have their feeling of deep satisfaction by taking part in this service.
Every single volunteer puts hard efforts to contribute his/her best according to his/her capacity. Even after hard physical efforts each one of us great joy and long lasting happiness. This makes us attached to this camp more strongly.
The standards of Operations, OPD, Wards, and Food are really praiseworthy. The humble serving mood in each one is very contagious and inspiring.
I hereby humbly request everyone to take this opportunity to personally experience the joy and satisfaction derived in this camp - by personally serving or by financial assistance or any other possible way.

I was helping in checking the vision for the patients.I have gone on my holidays to various resorts to get a break. But nothing is so refreshing as helping the poor and needy people and at the same time we get fresh and pollution free atmosphere of the village. Here in Mumbai after working for 8hrs we get so exhausted and tired. But at the camp even after working for 12hrs we are not tired and are able to get up early in the morning for the next days service.I do know what keeps us going like this for 15 days.

I was distributing free food to the patients and their relatives. Every living entity is the child of God.To some the Lord has given a lot and to some not so much.He has done this to teach every one co-operation,compassion and sharing. Here in this camp I see that those who have contribute to help and share with those who don't have.I am very happy to contribute something from my own side in these camps.
